INTRODUCTION:
The Counseling Services Department is the core of SDO’s
services and provides psychological counseling and therapeutic
services from its Head Office and branches through various
specialized Centers.
The Counselors and Assistant Counselors have received specialized
training through international certified trainers and/or institutions
and are specialized in Reality Therapy, Cognitive Therapy,
Child Therapy, Family Therapy and Behavioral Therapy.

Helping the clients foster the values of psychological
well-being thereby minimizing the complications of the
chronic disorders and rehabilitating them psychologically. |

in order to help enhance the findings of solutions for
the PTSD cases Establishing branches as Outreach Centers
for counseling in all Governorates making these services
easily accessible to every citizen. |
